 An overall 10,941 home visits were carried out during the period by community health workers leading to 74.6% achievement compared to the annual target of 14,649 visits. Home visits for clients were carried out by the counselors depending on the reports from community health workers and scheduled appointments. A total of 1,047 patients were visited in their homes. The most common clinical conditions which home visits are made for remain TB, Pneumonia, and herpes zoster among others. |
